Out of School Hours Care
Enrolments for 2025 are now open!
Oakleigh Primary School and Kindergarten’s, School Council managed Out of School Hours Care Service (OSHC Service), operates on-site during the school term and is available for all students from Foundation to Year 6.
Oakleigh OSHC offers both Before Care (07:30 to 08:45) and After Care, (15:30 to 18:00) programs and full-day services (07:30 – 18:00) on Curriculum days, throughout the school term.
At Oakleigh OSHC, we pride ourselves on our capacity to offer students a caring, safe, and friendly environment where they can play, relax and undertake purposeful activities under the supervision of industry-trained Educators. With a focus on the My Time Our Place Framework Oakleigh OSHC’s program is tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of the students.
We aspire to create an environment that encourages independence, creativity and social connections; an environment where student voice and the needs of our community directly influence our day-to-day pedagogy.
Fees
$15.50 per student for Before Care ($2.27 with full CCS applied – includes 5% CCS withholding)
$25.00 per student for Afternoon Care ($3.63 with full CCS applied – includes 5% CCS withholding)
(The Child Care Subsidy is available for eligible families)
How to enrol your child
Enrolling your child/ren with Oakleigh Primary School’s OSHC Service has never been easier.
To begin, Click Here to create an account with Kidsoft’s iParent Portal and to generate a ‘Waitlist’ entry for Oakleigh OSHC.
You will be invited to complete an online enrolment form when Oakleigh OSHC has acknowledged your ‘Waitlist’ entry.
Once the enrolment form has been submitted, our friendly Coordinator will contact you to help finalise your child’s enrolment.
Please note:
A completed enrolment form must be submitted for each child that you want to attend the OSHC Service.
Enrolments must be finalised before your child/ren can attend the OSHC Service.
Please submit enrolments at least three business days before your child’s initial booking.
A new enrolment form must be completed for each academic year

Direct Debit payments are now available!
Making payments to Oakleigh OSHC is effortless thanks to OSHC’s new Direct Debit payment options.
